Terms And Conditions

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (TNC) agreement between Mad Over Blog, hereinafter referred to as the “SEO BLOG writing agency” or the “Company,” and the undersigned client, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.” This agreement outlines the terms under which the Mad Over Blog will provide its services to enhance the search engine optimization and online presence of the Client’s website. By entering into this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Scope of Services -The SEO agency (“Mad Over Blog”) agrees to provide the client (“Client”) with the following services: search engine optimization, website analysis, and keyword research. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to improve the search engine rankings of the Client’s website on Google and other search engines.
2. Term of the Agreement – This agreement will commence on the date of acceptance and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
3. Payment – The Client will pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the services rendered. Payment is due on the 1st of every month and is considered late if not received within 15 days of the due date. If the Client fails to make timely payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services.
4. Confidentiality – The Company agrees to keep all information regarding the Client’s business, products, and services confidential unless required by law to disclose such information.
5. Representations and Warranties – The Company represents and warrants that it has the necessary skills and expertise to perform the services outlined in this agreement. The Client represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to allow the Company to perform the services on its behalf.
6. Limitation of Liability – The Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from the services provided under this agreement. The Client understands and agrees that the Company’s services do not guarantee any specific results, including increased search engine rankings or increased website traffic.
7. Indemnification – The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Client’s use of the Company’s services, the Client’s violation of this agreement, or the Client’s violation of any rights of another.
8. Governing Law – This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, and any legal action arising out of or relating to this agreement will be brought in the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra.
9. Entire Agreement – This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
10. Severability – If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Terms and Conditions agreement as of the acceptance date. By engaging in a professional relationship, both Mad Over Blog and the Client are committed to achieving the mutual goals outlined in this agreement.
